MT Streamside Management Zone Law and Rules

 

 

Learn about the importance of the Streamside Management Zone for protecting water quality for fish, wildlife and humans. Required by Montana law, these rules are to be
implemented and followed for all tree harvesting work on any stream with defined beds and banks and of any perceptible extent.
